1. Unity in our team in reaching our common vision

2. Base leadership - for guidance in the vision God has given

3. Relationships with local churches - so denominational barriers would be broken and we would work together more effectively

4. More staff to join us as well as leadership development of current staff

5. Training schools - be more effective in training students as well as for finances for these schools

6. Sending Ukrainians to the nations

7. Direction and guidance how to work with our target outreach groups (Ukrainian, Gypsies and North Koreans)
